We are a marketplace
We connect buyers and sellers. We do not own or sell the vehicles listed.
Sellers own their listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of what they post.
Adults only
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Fees shown up front
Paid listing packages are priced on the site before you buy.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
ExoticMotors.com (the “Site”) is operated by Exotic Motors Media LLC. In these Terms, “ExoticMotors.com,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Exotic Motors Media LLC, and the “Services” means the Site and the services we offer through it.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or Services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time at our discretion, and changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Our services
ExoticMotors.com provides a platform where users can list, buy and sell exotic cars, vehicles and related products. We do not own or sell the vehicles listed on the Site; we act as a platform for sellers and buyers to connect.
Buyers contact sellers from the listing page. When you send an inquiry about a vehicle, we pass it to the dealer or private seller who listed it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Registered users can also exchange messages through their dashboard.
Any discussion, agreement or sale that follows is between you and the other party, and we are not a party to it. We do not inspect vehicles, handle payment for vehicles, or transfer title, and we do not guarantee that any transaction will be completed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Your account
To access certain features of the Site, such as listing vehicles for sale, you may need to create an account as a private seller or a dealer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Listing vehicles
- Accuracy of information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide in vehicle listings, including but not limited to descriptions, pricing and images. Dealer listings may be imported from the dealer’s inventory feed, and the dealer remains responsible for them.
- Our review. We may review listings and sellers against our marketplace standards, and we may ask for changes, decline a listing or remove it. We do not inspect vehicles, and ExoticMotors.com does not verify the information provided and does not guarantee its accuracy.
- Prohibited listings. You may not list vehicles that are stolen, illegal, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. Listings that violate our policies may be removed without notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site in a manner that is lawful and respectful of other users. You agree not to:
- Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or objectionable content.
- Use the Site to engage in any fraudulent activities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Site or its servers.
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape or interact with the Site in a way that violates these Terms.
7. Payment, fees and refunds
Some features of the Site, such as listing packages or other services, require payment. Prices and fees are posted on the Site, including on our Listing Packages page, and are subject to change. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the Services. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- Flat fees, no commission. Listing packages are one-time fees. We do not take a percentage of the sale price.
- Refunds. Listing fees are non-refundable once your listing has been published. If we decline your listing, or remove it before it is published, we will refund the fee in full. We do not refund fees for listings removed for violating these Terms.
8. Ownership of content
- Site content. All content available on ExoticMotors.com, including text, images, logos and software, is the property of ExoticMotors.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- User-generated content. By posting content to the Site, such as vehicle listings or reviews, you grant ExoticMotors.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you post.
- Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with a description of the work, where the content appears on the Site, and your contact details. We will review the complaint and respond.
9. Third-party content and automated summaries
- Third-party sites and advertising. The Site links to dealer websites and other third-party sites and displays advertising. We do not control those sites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
- Automated summaries. Some listing pages may include summaries or highlights generated by automated tools from the listing data. They are provided for convenience, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for the seller’s information or your own inspection of the vehicle.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- No warranty. The Site and Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or availability of the Site or its contents.
- Limitation of liability. ExoticMotors.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to vehicle transactions, data loss, or any other damages.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExoticMotors.com, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages or liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey. Any legal actions related to these Terms must be filed in the appropriate state or federal courts located in the state of New Jersey.

15. General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ExoticMotors.com regarding your use of the Site.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
